Organic, Inc. is a web/interactive development company in San Francisco. I started as a Sr. Writer and a year later became the manager of the Editorial Department. While at Organic I:

  • Set editorial standards both in-house and for large- scale client web sites in the form of style guides, editorial platforms, and nomenclature constructs.
  • Managed editorial production of large-scale web sites including creating editorial calendars, negotiating internal and external editorial reviews, working with engineers on editorial production process.
  • Lead a creative project team consisting of an information architect, a graphic designer, and a writer on one of the companyıs strongest accounts.
  • Wrote and edited all types of web copy including marketing copy, ad banners, help copy, navigational copy, and copy for motion graphics.
  • Managed a team of writers including their project work and professional goals ­ hired permanent and contract writers.
